Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy


  • We use a mix of manufacturers to make your products and to fulfill them.  For the early days of the launch, please allow up to 3 days to process your order and 7 to 10 business days to make and fulfill your order.  On top of that, please allow another 7 business days for your products to ship and arrive at your destination if you are within the United States.  We will do our best to immediately ship products out to you so that you are not kept waiting too long.  We need to see you rocking your GrioTees gear. 
  • USPS will be the primary method used for shipping.  Other shipping companies may be used in the event USPS is not available.
  • GrioTees is not responsible for items lost by the shipping service provider, nor are we responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.  If we received the wrong address, we are not responsible and you would have to contact USPS or the shipping service.
  • International shipments have an additional customs fee requirement as well as varying times to receive orders.  Customs fees will be the responsibility of the international customer to fill.


  • We do not offer refunds for returned products, nor do we accept returns or exchanges at this time due to made to order nature of the products.
  • If you received the package with the products defective, please contact us at griotees@gmail.com, provide your order details, and a picture of the defective product.  We may be able to provide an exchange for that product.  You must contact us within 30 days of purchase, in the event this situation occurs.
